As a Product Marketing Manager, Premium Growth you will shape the LinkedIn Premium subscription acquisition funnel across marketing channels and product touchpoints to deliver the right message, with the right offer, to the right customer at the right time. Leveraging audience insights, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – including marketing ops, product managers, and data scientists – to identify, nurture, and convert prospective customers who can achieve their goals faster with Premium. You’ll establish growth targets and socialize Marketing’s impact and ROI with finance and business operations partners. You have demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy through to detailed execution and performance measurement.

Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow the subscriber base for Premium business
Utilize understanding of target audience segments and their preferred buying experience across consideration, purchasing, and onboarding to acquire and retain subscribers
Partner closely with product management, data science, and marketing partners to test and launch strategic, envelope-pushing initiatives that drive subscription growth. Activate data partners to test and implement new impact measurement techniques, to capture marketing’s impact.
Influence cross-functional teams across business operations, monetization strategy, product, and marketing to unlock commercial innovation around subscriptions pricing, packaging, and positioning
Set ambitious marketing channel’s financial targets and oversee full-funnel performance reporting for executives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth marketing, with a focus on user acquisition
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of designing, executing, and iterating A/B tests; analyzing and translating data into business and customer insights; and communicating learnings broadly to inform business strategy
