Product Marketing Manager (Senior/Lead level) Jobs in New York, NY at Artsy
Emerald’s Associate Rotation Program provides the unique opportunity to explore multiple business functions within the B2B event and marketing space. During this one-year program, Associates will move through four three-month rotations, providing value to their assigned teams and exploring their interests and strengths to ultimately align with a career path within our industry.
This program is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to make a career change into the event and media industry. Associates will learn the fundamentals of four core areas of business operations, specific event-related skills and technology, and deepen their communication and collaboration skills while gaining an understanding of b2b events and media.
Associates will report to the brand’s VP throughout the year for consistent mentorship and professional development, and will work directly with the functional area leads while rotating through marketing, content, event operations and sales teams.
This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices.
Responsibilities:
Associates will rotate through Marketing, Event Operations, Content and Sales functions, with the following expected responsibilities:
Marketing Rotation:
Support digital marketing strategies across all channels, including delivery of targeted email campaigns and management of various social media accounts
Create multifaceted communication and branding materials to drive attendance and sales by collaborating with design, content and sales teams
Maintain updates to websites, landing pages, timelines and databases
Event Operations Rotation:
Support Operations Managers/Directors with pre-show planning and onsite execution of events
Assist with requested logistical research, recommendations and distribution of materials
Support sponsorship contracting and fulfillment process
Content Rotation:
Support editorial staff in all activities leading to publication, including supporting editors and overseeing tasks such as source aggregation, story research and writing, proofreading and more
Writing, editing, proofreading, and organizing contributed bylines and other stories alongside content produced in house, including but not limited to:
Managing phone and email queries, including from PR teams and potential sources
Sales Rotation:
Execute various operational responsibilities vital to the success of the sales team
Assist sales team with lead generation and development
Utilize Salesforce for sales reporting and related processes
Qualifications:
Superb communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to proactively ask the right questions and identify resources to learn new topics and technologies quickly
Detail oriented, with the ability to ensure accuracy and high quality across multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong team player who can successfully build relationships and collaborate with multiple functional groups internally
