Chick-fil-A Wayne Towne Center is looking for a self led, entrepreneurial dedicated individual that would be up for the challenge to take over all marketing aspects of our restaurant which can include partnering with our digital expert vendor on social media management, in restaurant events, coordinate planning any outside restaurant events with community and care team.
As a Marketing Brand Builder, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our restaurant by building relationships within the community and supporting sales initiatives. You will also play a key role in executing our 2030 Shared Destination which is to “Grow Our Occasions to Care”. This dynamic position allows you to make a direct impact on our restaurant’s success by overseeing various marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and promotional events/activities. Your work will help strengthen our restaurant’s connection with our guests, grow sales, and enhance the brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Partner with Community Relations Administrator to ensure the schedule, set up, and support for Spirit Nights (fundraisers for local schools) to foster community relationships are executed with excellence.
Coordinate Family Nights, providing a fun and engaging experience for families and driving restaurant traffic.
Marketing and Promotion:
Promote new and seasonal menu items through various marketing channels to drive interest and sales.
Promote in-store sales contests to engage guests and encourage repeat business.
Respond to guests on social media platforms, promoting events and addressing customer inquiries.
Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and drive sales.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to align marketing initiatives with overall operational goals.

Have experience in event coordination, social media management, or community outreach.

Willing and passionate to also support in operations and learn the restaurant
Experience in design applications like Canva, Adobe etc
Able to stay up to date with trends and execute team and guest centered videos
