Job Summary: Walker Products is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines elements of both junior marketing management and product marketing expertise to drive impactful campaigns, promote our brand, and enhance the visibility of our product offerings. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing strategies, conducting market research, writing compelling product copy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and other digital marketing efforts to promote products and the brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure product messaging aligns with customer needs and company goals.
Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and assist in managing brand-related events, such as product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product engagement.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitors to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Product Copywriting & Content Creation: Write compelling product copy, website content, and other marketing materials that resonate with the target audience, highlighting key product features and benefits.
SEO & Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve online visibility, supporting digital marketing initiatives and content strategies.
Campaign Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and SEO efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistent execution of visual and verbal brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, from social media to product packaging.
Creative Asset Development: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and other content that supports product and brand messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging product content.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO tools, and web analytics.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is a plus.
Knowledge of the automotive or aftermarket industry is a bonus but not required.
