Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design, with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Location:
Lackawanna County, PA.
(We will be shooting content for clients on-site. Primarily Waverly, Clarks Summit.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in content creation or digital marketing or social media
(Not required if skills and portfolio are strong)
Responsibilities:
– Create short-form video content on-site and edit.
– Assist in content planning and strategy.
– Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
– Collaborate on creative ideas and execution.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
– Stellar copywriting skills
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and insights through social listening to inform content strategy.
Requirements:
– Located in Lackawanna County. Able to travel to content shoots in the area.
– iPhone 15 or higher
– Portfolio & References
– Strong attention to detail
– Current knowledge of ALL social media platforms
– Proficient with CapCut/Splice and Canva/Adobe
– Up to 10 hours per week to start
