Responsible for providing product-related support, including guiding clients through demo and technical assistance.
Understanding of ESG and Sustainability is important, especially if the products supported are directly related to ESG management.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor products to shape product development and strategy.
Providing technical support and expertise to clients, testing product applications and resolving product issues or malfunctions.
Working in collaboration to ensure clients requirements and expectations are integrated into a product design and functionality.
Preparing product marketing materials, like brochures and presentations, to drive awareness and use of a product.
Applicants residing in the Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek) are preferred.
