Job Overview
A well established Full service restoration company is looking for the right candidate for the position of Claims Coordinator. This is a part- time on-site position.
Duties
Accepting and triaging assignments electronically and by phone.
Coordination of job files, as well as providing all staff with administrative backup. This entails answering the phones, job monitoring and tracking of assignments.
Dispatching and coordinating of crews.
Field interaction with prospective clients and to maintain accounts.
Maintaining customer database and updating claims programs as required
Knowledge of all social media platforms and analytics, including writing and editing social media posts to improve customer engagement.
Exellent interpersonal and follow up skills are a must.
Some availablity to attend after hours marketing events.
Requirements
Small marketing event planning experience a plus.
Minimum of 1 year business/office experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal and written communications skills.
Industry experience in restoration, imsurance, Xactimate estimating software a PLUS !
Friendly, Outgoing personality
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8-5
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.50 – $24.50 per hour
