Our clients are highly discerning and seek sophisticated writing, advanced verbal communication, and well-researched resources to better serve their own clients.
We are currently seeking 1-2 Client Concierge Managers to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our clients.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
Possess Advanced Writing Skills:
Write polished, professional emails.
Proofread and refine blogs, articles, and other written content.
Craft clear and detailed instructions for designers, coders, and other teammates.
Exhibit Stage Presence and Leadership:
Communicate confidently and professionally when giving updates, responding to inquiries, or guiding clients.
Maintain a leadership tone in verbal interactions, ensuring clarity and trust.
Are Extremely Resourceful:
Find creative solutions, such as identifying key industry contacts to help secure publications.
Handle logistical challenges, like locating local venues for events or sourcing specific resources.
Your Responsibilities
As a Client Concierge Manager, you will work with 5-6 wealth management firms at any given time, helping manage their needs, answer questions, and ensure their success. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
