Job Title: Sales and Lead Generation Specialist – FastTrack

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and persuasive Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to promote FastTrack, our recruitment and staffing solution platform, specifically targeting preschools and early education centers across regions. This role involves identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, conducting sales pitches on-site, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for cold calling, outreach campaigns, and collecting qualified leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential preschool and early education clients in assigned regions.
Build and maintain a list of qualified leads using online tools, directories, and field research.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to establish contact and gather interest.
Sales Outreach & Engagement
Visit preschools and conduct on-site product demonstrations and sales pitches.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of FastTrack, highlighting benefits tailored to the specific needs of each preschool.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive conversions.
Pipeline & Territory Management
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and manage all outreach activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents).
Track leads, schedule follow-ups, log customer data, and generate activity and performance reports.
Prioritize leads based on readiness to buy and territory opportunity.
Customer Relationship & Onboarding
Serve as the initial point of contact for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition.
Collect feedback and provide insights to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
Collaboration & Strategy
Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts.
Provide regular market feedback, competitive intelligence, and region-specific insights.
Participate in weekly strategy and update calls with the core team.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or field marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or service-oriented industries.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills – ability to engage with school administrators and convey product value effectively.
Strong cold-calling, follow-up, and relationship-building capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel locally (region-wise) for school visits, demos, and follow-ups.
Organized and capable of managing a dynamic pipeline and multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital outreach methods (email, social media).
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.

Bonus Points

Experience working with preschools, education institutions, or early learning centers.
Understanding of preschool operations, staffing challenges, and hiring workflows.
Fluency in regional languages (depending on the territory) is a plus.

Compensation: Base + Commission (Performance-based incentives). Travel reimbursements included.
Location: Remote with regular in-person visits within your assigned territory.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
