We are seeking a detail-orientedProject Coordinatorfor a6-month engagementto support the planning and execution of key initiatives. The role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.Experience in the sports or entertainment sectorsis highly desirable to align with the unique demands of these industries.
Key Requirements
PMP certification or equivalentis required.
Proven experience in project coordination or management support roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the sports or entertainment sectors, with an understanding of event management, operations, or fan engagement.
Other Qualifications
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and remain calm under pressure.
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Support
Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Resource and Documentation Management
Coordinate project resources, ensuring timely availability and allocation.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and action items.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track project milestones and KPIs to evaluate progress and performance.
Prepare status reports and updates for project managers and leadership teams.
Industry-Specific Contributions
Support initiatives specific to the sports or entertainment sectors, such as event logistics, audience engagement, or operational workflows.
Leverage industry knowledge to address unique project needs effectively.
