Role Overview:  We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Department, focusing on leading multiple internal marketing projects across our various brands. This role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder

communication

, talent coordination, and project delivery, ensuring the successful completion of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage multiple internal marketing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.  

-Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communications.  

-Coordinate with talents across departments, delegating tasks and following up on progress to ensure project milestones are met.  

-Conduct weekly or daily standup meetings to monitor project status, address any challenges, and ensure team alignment.  

-Oversee the development of project deliverables, managing scope and ensuring projects remain within budget and on schedule.  

-Implement

project management

best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.

-Establish and maintain documentation for repeatable processes and project reports.

Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in digital media/marketing/analytics, with a

proven track record

in

project management

.

-Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing projects.

-Excellent

communication skills

, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal talents and stakeholders.  

-Proficiency in

modern

project management

tools and software.  

-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a
