Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing, advertising, and creative problem-solving? Lithia & Driveway is looking for an LAD Project Manager to support the Airstream Adventures Group by executing high-quality retail marketing plans that align with manufacturer requirements and branding guidelines.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute store retail marketing initiatives for Airstream Adventures.
Assign, schedule, and track project work, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Monitor store website marketing and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with OEM guidelines, including OCP, Co-op, MAAP Pricing, Restricted Language, and Approvability Benchmarks.
Perform copy editing, proofing, and some copywriting to maintain accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
Work within Workfront (project management software) to manage and track marketing projects.
Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and Lithia Support Services to maintain clear communication and seamless execution.
Pilot new technologies to improve store marketing effectiveness.
Jump in where needed to support marketing efforts and problem-solve.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Marketing or advertising experience is a plus.
Experience with copy editing, proofing, and content management.
Familiarity with Dealer Spike and basic web page building is preferred.
Experience with project management software (Workfront or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing required.

The salary range for this position is ($40,000.00 to $68,000.00).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
