Good Project management skills & experience in Planning & Managing applications support 24×7 ,SLAs, Shifts
Timely response & enabling resolution to the tickets raised is critical to this role.
Technical understanding on AWS Cloud and Cloud Services and Applications & Cloud Databases.
Strong Communication, Presentation, Stakeholder management and Resource Management.
Should be willing to work in 2nd shift.
Nice to have Technical Skills:
Utilities domain experience preferred.
Knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle, Understanding on Software/Patch deployments/CICD in cloud.
Technical or Management certifications in Projects, Cloud, Snowflake
