We execute robust SEO strategies, run affiliate marketing campaigns, and continually experiment with cutting-edge AI tools in our day-to-day operations. Our internal processes are supported by a large, well-trained remote team capable of quickly ramping up on new initiatives. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Project Manager with a passion for AI integration, process automation, and strategic leadership. While prior experience in publishing or affiliate marketing is a plus, adaptability, curiosity, and a proven record of complex project orchestration matter most.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO (and closely collaborating with other executives), you will shape and refine our project management framework. You’ll translate strategic objectives and SOPs into efficient project roadmaps, oversee teams through every phase of the project lifecycle, and champion AI-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. Though this is a “Project Manager” title, you’ll be operating at a high level of responsibility—guiding operational vision, driving process optimization, and ensuring that our distributed workforce (content creators, video editors, developers) delivers top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Strategy & Framework
• Develop and maintain a blended PM approach (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) tailored to each project’s scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to convert SOPs and business goals into detailed project plans.
End-to-End Project Lifecycle Ownership
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and post-mortem reviews.
• Leverage tools like ClickUp for advanced task management and Slack for streamlined communication.
AI Integration & Process Automation
• Identify opportunities to deploy AI agents or automation that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Pilot small-scale automation projects, measure results, and expand successful initiatives across the organization.
Team Coordination & Rapid Scaling
• Work with our large remote talent pool to assemble the right mix of skills for each project.
• Manage workloads and deadlines, ensuring high velocity and minimal bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Partner with the content and affiliate teams to guarantee brand consistency and FTC compliance across all deliverables.
• Maintain quality standards by routinely reviewing outputs and enforcing editorial guidelines.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor project success, resource usage, and team performance.
• Conduct retrospectives and integrate lessons learned into updated SOPs and PM best practices.
Qualifications
Project Management Expertise
• 3+ years in project management or PMO-related roles—experience in digital publishing or affiliate marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies; PMP, CSM, or other certifications are a plus.
