Starting anddirecting research projects.
Data collectionand analysis, as well as data presentation to other parties, suchas management and clients.
Participating inthe hiring and evaluation of advertising departmentemployees.
Expert advice onmarketing and advertising strategies for new or existing productsor services.  Requirements   Bachelor s degreein advertising, marketing, or a closely related field isrequired.
Minimum of twoyears experience in a relevant field is required; managementexperience is preferred.
Design andmarketing principles and techniques should beunderstood.
Capability todevelop strategies in response to industry trends anddevelopments.
Excellentorganizational and
multitasking
abilities, particularly whenworking on multiple projects or teams.
Excellentnegotiation, management, listening, and verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Decisiveness andstrong
problem-solving
abilities, particularly when underpressure.
Capability toestablish and maintain working relationships.
