We are Brand Partners for three Wingstops in the Houston, Humble and Tomball area and Wafflez N Creamz is a fresh new concept serving up fresh made to order waffles and premium quality Ice Creams, local roasted premium quality coffees, and complimentary side dishes, all with a smile.
We are looking to add to our Marketing and Administrative Team.

Marketing & Customer Service Administrative Assistant/Coordinator – Part Time (up to 30 hrs) $10-14 DOE -1-3 Yrs Experience working in Restaurant Office, Customer Service with outgoing personality to generate new business, community relations and resolve customer issues. Also scheduling appointments and travel arrangements. Hrs 9am-2pm and some weekends depending on Community Events.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the Wingstop car to businesses in the area to generate new business and catering opportunities.Wing-Runs (take a small sample tray to businesses). Work at community events that we sponsor orsupport. This would require set-up and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Manage our Facebook page and Surfing the Internet – we know you are good at it already.
Conduct research online of potential guests or customers and businesses and make sense of it, we targetwithin our 3-5 mile radius.
A social butterfly- not afraid to pick up the phone or walk in the door to make other businesses become friends with us to purchase our product!
Keeping tabs. Create call logs, follow up schedules, list building, and weekly reporting to manager.

Able to work independently and remotely; with 2-3 days per week actually in the store (will assist with in-store counter sales/promos during special events)
Additional responsibilities (including phone calls, travel arrangements, reading and responding to e-mails) that may be requested from time to time by BPs, Owners, GM.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
A keen eye for key influencers in respected cities (hot spots, populous areas, etc)
At least one full year of college (preferably marketing, communications, liberal arts, orentrepreneurship) and/or one year of experience promoting brands
Knowledge and experience of the restaurant, service and hospitality industries preferred
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and smart devices
Strong social media knowledge and skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Phone skills
Self-starter
Creative and quick thinker
Strong verbal and written communication skills
