Business Development & Marketing Manager Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
College degree with 5-10+ years of experience in a business development role, specifically developing business within the world of public and private K-12 education, higher education institutions, municipalities, counties, government, healthcare, and religious facilities
Preferred experience leading the RFQ/RFP process for potential projects
Business Development & Marketing Manager Responsibilities (not limited to):

Seek new clients/opportunities and proactively engage with repeat clients to build a strong backlog of product types listed above
Lead the RFQ/RFP process in terms of gathering necessary information from the appropriate departments and creating the final submission
Attend events hosted by trade/local government organizations to generate greater exposure and opportunities within the market
Manage the ANDRES relationship tracking system inclusive of leads, staffing, and relationships both new and existing
Consistently represent the ANDRES brand across all cities/jobsites
Work in close collaboration with VP Relationship Development to create materials for client/owner meetings
Create and manage marketing materials for Business Journal showcases, advertisements, and any additional publications
Consistently create ways to keep marketing and ANDRES brand fresh and relevant within the market
Cultivate the seller-doer model of business development where our employees build long-term relationships by providing a better process and product
Share knowledge (best practices and lessons learned) on the ANDRES Forum
