NOW HIRING: Admissions & Marketing Director

Our nursing home is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our admissions process and marketing efforts. This role is essential in building relationships with the community, managing resident intake, and driving census growth.

Admissions & Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing our facility’s services.
Track and analyze marketing and admissions data to optimize strategies.
Work closely with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Admissions & Marketing Director Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development nursing home or healthcare setting required.
Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, insurance processes, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
