Laurel Smile Dentistry is looking to add an EXPERIENCED Dental Treatment Coordinator with marketing experience to our already amazing team atmosphere. Our patients, their ongoing oral health and comfort are our main focus, which includes helping them to understand treatment and it’s value. Marketing Experience is a plus.

Duties: – Primary responsibility will be treatment plan coordinating, acting as a liaison between patient and clinical staff. Assuring patient understands all aspects of treatment, as well as, insurance and monetary responsibility. Provide information about treatment options and answer any questions or concerns –
May also include greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic – Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients – Assist with insurance verification and billing processes – Maintain patient records and update information as necessary – Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow –
Qualifications: – Previous experience in a dental office role is preferred – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – Knowledge of dental terminology – Proficient in using Dentrix – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities – Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and remaining HIPAA compliance.
