We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth.
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that enhances brand awareness, shapes public perception, increases lead generation, and drives revenue growth. This role will focus on digital marketing, content strategy, event management, and customer engagement while aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. Success in this role will be measured by lead conversion rates, customer engagement metrics, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and customer acquisition costs, CoOp utilization.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Implement targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase lead generation by 20% year-over-year.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead nurturing strategies and improve quote-to-sale conversion rates.
Optimize the company’s CRM and marketing automation tools to track and follow up on leads efficiently.
Brand Management & Content Development:
Maintain and enhance Wickham Tractor Company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, product videos, case studies, and email campaigns.
Manage social media accounts with a goal to increase engagement and follower growth by 15% annually.
Event Planning & Community Engagement:
Organize and manage customer appreciation events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to strengthen relationships and generate leads.
Partner with industry organizations and local businesses to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Budget & ROI Management:
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Track and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and strategic recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agriculture or construction equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and CRM tools.
Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) and video content creation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at times.
Schedule:
During business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.
May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours
Work Location:
This is not a remote position. Requires to be in-person at the dealership location.
Compensation Package:
$55,000 to $90,000, annual base compensation, based on experience and qualifications.
