Aermec North America seeking a Content Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to drive content and execution across multiple platforms. Candidate will manage and develop content for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and tone.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic owned content program, ensuring all deadlines are met across social media, website and other platforms
Spearhead social media content creation and management, maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging
Collaborate with a third-party PR agency to manage media content, including press releases, bylines and articles
Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all publications, social media, and marketing materials
Identify new content opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Ability to manage and transform abstract ideas into cohesive messaging
Ideate new content and identify innovative engagement strategies through collaboration with marketing team and business leaders
Lead the development of case studies showcasing Aermec product successes across different markets
Oversee website content creation, including but not limited to blogs, white papers and industry insights
Maintain and organize a content library, ensuring easy access to collateral such as brochures, case studies, product flyers, and team profiles
Qualifications and Requirements
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Proven ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal leadership teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to create compelling presentations and documents that align with brand messaging
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or graphic design is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization

Bachelor’s degree required
Schedule:
Full-time in our Midtown office. Work from home opportunities based on manager discretion and approval.
