Mid America Rehab is a premier provider of physical therapy and sports rehabilitation services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage with local healthcare providers, and promote our services across various platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

Develop and implement an annual marketing plan and schedule to support business objectives.
Create targeted marketing plans to address specific business goals (e.g., new service promotions, patient acquisition, or community engagement).
Manage and coordinate all donations and sponsorships to support community involvement and brand awareness.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

Manage and update the company website with relevant content, service updates, and promotions.
Oversee social media and online marketing efforts, including content creation, engagement strategies, and paid advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and other media.

Content Creation & Promotional Materials

Design and manage marketing print materials, including brochures, flyers, and clinic signage.
Oversee the creation and distribution of company-branded materials (e.g., apparel, giveaways, promotional items).
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (or comparable software) for content creation.

Community Outreach & Provider Engagement

Promote Mid America Rehab to local healthcare providers, including scheduling and conducting visits to provider offices.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive patient volume.

Event Planning & Management

Plan, coordinate, and manage company events such as:
5K Rally Run
Company events
Company-sponsored activities and health fairs

Marketing Budget & Expense Management

Work with the Accounts Payable department to ensure proper allocation of marketing and advertising expenses by clinic location.

Customer Engagement & Retention

Oversee customer engagement programs to enhance patient experience and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and website management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable design software.

Preferred:

Knowledge of healthcare marketing, physical therapy, or sports rehabilitation industries.
Event planning experience with strong organizational skills.

Work Environment & Schedule

The position offers flexibility with remote or in-person work options.
Occasional in-person visits to clinic locations and provider offices are required.
Expected commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
