Client Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential and existing customers, cultivating relationships and presenting our client’s telecommunications solutions to meet their unique needs.
Conduct in-person meetings demonstrating product value and customizing solutions to address their needs.
Drive sales performance by identifying new opportunities, managing a pipeline, and closing deals in alignment with individual and team targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and go-to point of contact for ongoing support.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to consistently provide relevant insights to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience from start to finish.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and career growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with prospecting, and closing deals.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and deliver complex information clearly and effectively.
Customer Focus: A customer-first mentality with the ability to understand and address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
