ABOUT THE ROLE
Jotform has been featured in news publications like Insider, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Tech Crunch, CNBC, and more; as PR Manager, you are continuing this momentum. You’ll need to be an expert storyteller, passionate aboutbuilding relationshipswith the media, and have aproven track recordof securing placements.
This is an on-site position.
The key objectives of this role include but are not limited to:
Use expert storytelling and creative pitches to spread the word about Jotform’s products and executive thoughtleadershipin target publications
Secure a high volume of tier-one and trade publication placements, interviews, podcasts, and more
Develop relationships with reporters, bloggers, and influencers
Measure and report on the impact of secured placements
Stay up to date with the news, especially tech/software trends, to inject Jotform into trending conversations
Be savvy with social media platforms, such as X (formerly Twitter) and Linked In, to build relationships with reporters, bloggers, and thought leaders
Collaborate with any third-party agencies we work with (like Next and Kitcaster) to maximize Jotform’s coverage
Prepare public-facing team members and Jotform spokespeople for media opportunities (might involve leading media trainings and prep sessions)
Pitch and draft commentary for HAROs
Serve as the final review and edit of all PR materials (pitches, media lists, commentary, metrics, award and speaking submissions, press releases, etc.)
What do you need to be successful?
5+ years of public relations in-house or agency experience (software/technology clients are a plus)
An understanding of journalistic writing and what’s newsworthy
Track record of securing tier-one and trade publication placements
High energy with a passion for networking andbuilding relationships
The ability to collaborate and the desire to work with domestic and international teams
Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skillswith strongattention to detail
Familiarity with Public Relations Management (PRM) tools, such as Muck Rack and Cision

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
Base pay range: $110K to $150K per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
