Questex Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing staff are responsible for identifying the buyers our customers want to reach. We make sure we have their most recent information, that they are actively interested in engaging with us and that they are being reached the way they want to be reached. Our goal is to connect sellers with the buyers that want to meet them for a win-win. While we can’t get you in front of all the people in our 4 million strong database we can get you in their heads. We take a 360 degree view, what our attendees and audience tell us both by behavior and demographics, layering on their activity and engagement and using that to determine where they are in the buyers journey.

Questex is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and Data Analysts to manage, implement, and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem. This individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to leverage marketing technology and integration of platforms to consolidate customer demographic and engagement data to provide a single view of the customer which supports digital and event marketing and enables data driven decisions. She/He/They oversees Solutions Architect(s) to provide system support for marketing technology end-users while also managing the Senior Marketing Operations Technologist team as they provide speaker/sponsor support and ensure effective delivery of all virtual events and webinars. An aptitude for marketing platform operations and optimization will be beneficial as they work to develop and support a strong infrastructure for marketing, data, and technology that helps deliver programs that support revenue.

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll support Questex’s success by:

Along with the Director of Marketing Operations, owns the health, hygiene, and management of a unified audience and marketing database, including subscription center, data segmentation, data uploads and exports
Work with key stakeholders on launch of new websites, products/offerings, newsletters, marketing technologies, acquisitions, etc.
Ongoing development and organization of an integrated data-structure that helps provide a single view of the customer through various customer engagement touchpoints
Assist in maintaining data quality and implementing data-cleansing best practices to ensure all data points are standardized and valid
Provide day-to-day martech system support across marketing and marketing system users
Oversee Solutions Architect and Senior Marketing Operations Technologist teams while sharing in those roles and responsibilities
Development of best practices and training across marketing with regards to marketing tech stack capabilities
Ensure our marketing stack usage is compliant with relevant privacy regulations

Your Experience and Education include:

6+ years’ experience with martech-centric campaign management and marketing operations, supporting multiple brands and or products simultaneously
Experience building and maintaining integrated marketing systems across multiple data acquisition platforms.
Proficient understanding of marketing automation, customer data, and webinar and virtual event technologies
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, Development, and Clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on training and presentation skills
Exceptional problem solving and creative solution building skills
