Key Responsibilities
Client Representation: Represent clients at public relations and promotional events, effectively communicating their brand, mission, and values
Promotional Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns for charitable organizations, enhancing their visibility and outreach
Engagement & Awareness: Interact with event attendees to provide information, drive awareness, and promote key causes and campaigns
Event Setup & Execution: Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth and successful operation
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet event goals and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all interactions
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants and provide valuable insights to improve future promotional events and campaigns
Marketing Strategy Assistance: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies designed to maximize event attendance and impact
Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, customers, and event attendees, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer engagement, and the outcomes of promotional campaigns
Requirements
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with people in a professional, approachable manner
Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
