What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media and influencers across various industries
Manage projects from conception to execution, developing and directing client PR strategies
Generate and edit a variety of written materials including press releases, pitches, and award submissions
Participate in new business processes and networking events to promote agency growth
Mentor junior staff and foster a positive team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of experience in a PR agency or startup environment
Proven ability to develop and execute creative PR campaigns
Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly
Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Established relationships with key media contacts in the tech industry
Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
Previous involvement in new business pitches or presentations
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking media coverage and campaign performance
