Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customer concerns professionally, maintaining smooth event operations.

Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Keep clients and attendees updated on event schedules, changes, and key information.
Work closely with event coordination and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
