About the Opportunity
In this role, you are responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and revenue across both the online and retail store (brick and mortar) businesses. The marketing associate maximizes the technical and creative opportunities through web and traditional media, in addition to web based static and social marketing to increase attract customers to the brand(s). You will handle all aspects of launching campaigns including design, development, advertising placement, and lead generation. You will use your proven experience to drive sales, customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and develop synergies across the brands.

This job requires the ability to work full-time, on site.
Provide design and development of traditional media and digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct marketing efforts for lead generation and nurturing, and landing page development.
Track and analyze campaign results and ability to adjust to improve ROI.
Work with owners and other team members on style and approach for all projects.
Provide design elements, comps, templates and finished solutions.
Participate in efforts to improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required.
Able to utilize team member strengths in execution of campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
B.A. or B.S. in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent academic and work experience).
At least three years of digital marketing experience in including lead generation, lead nurturing, landing page development, WordPress, and/or ecommerce.
Social media expertise for engaging customer interaction campaigns.
Strong attention to Detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven success working in a fast paced, high energy environment.
Proven excellent verbal and communication skills, flexible team-oriented individual.
