Responsibilities:
– Review material requests and assist in preparing PO/SPK for suppliers and vendors.
– Identify and select vendors based on outlet requirements.
– Conduct price comparisons for raw materials and equipment.
– Coordinate with the purchasing team on quantity, quality, and specifications.
– Negotiate pricing, services, and delivery times with suppliers/vendors.
– Schedule and monitor deliveries to outlets.
– Generate reports and track delivery performance.
– Ensure accuracy of delivered goods against POs.
Qualifications:
– Minimum D3 in Management, Economics, or any relevant field.
– Strong knowledge of food ingredients and restaurant equipment.
– At least 1 years of experience in Food & Beverage or Retail.
– Extensive understanding of restaurant suppliers and vendors.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
– Ability to effectively communicate with all project team members.
