Google and Facebook Media Buying and Accounts Manager is responsible for client’s relationship management, strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies for clients across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand marketing goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to improve campaign performance.
Account Management:
Manage multiple client accounts on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
Oversee day-to-day campaign optimization to ensure performance goals are met.
Provide regular reporting to clients on campaign performance, trends, and insights.
Media Buying & Optimization:
Handle the planning, buying, and optimization of paid media across Google and Facebook platforms.
Continuously test ad creatives, keywords, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets for optimal results.
Utilize both Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to analyze and adjust campaigns.
Budget & Bid Management:
Manage budgets across accounts, ensuring efficient spend allocation based on performance data.
Optimize bidding strategies (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) to meet clients’ goals while maximizing ROI.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other tools.
Provide actionable insights to clients and suggest new strategies for campaign improvement.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their objectives and share performance results.
Ensure clients’ needs are met in terms of performance, reporting, and adjustments to strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and ad platform algorithms.
Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to drive campaign optimizations.
Experience with budget management and bid strategy.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management on Google & Facebook Ads.
Proven track record of driving high-performing campaigns with positive ROI.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred but not required).
Contract Details:
