Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate process.
Utilize strong sales and communication skills to build relationships and understand client needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation abilities
Marketing and customer service expertise
Organizational skills with real estate administrative experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $91,214.00 – $200,000.00 per year
