Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of Hubbs Homes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. Working directly with the CEO (Visionary), the COO will translate big-picture goals into structured execution by overseeing sales, marketing, acquisitions, and business operations.
This role is ideal for a systems-driven leader who excels at operations management, KPI accountability, team leadership, and scaling processes in a high-performance real estate environment.
Operational Leadership & Execution
✅ Lead and manage the overall operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
✅ Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s growth goals.
✅ Establish clear KPIs and accountability for the sales, marketing, and acquisitions teams.
✅ Oversee company financials, budgeting processes, and resource allocation.
Process Improvement & Scalability
✅ Systemize and automate lead generation, sales, and transaction processes.
✅ Optimize deal flow to ensure consistent closings and revenue stability.
✅ Implement and oversee CRM tools, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
✅ Reduce inefficiencies and create repeatable processes for long-term scalability.
Sales, Marketing & KPI Accountability
✅ Manage lead generation efforts (direct mail, PPC, cold calling, SMS) for consistent pipeline flow.
✅ Oversee sales conversion tracking and improve closing rates.
✅ Ensure sales team and marketing efforts are optimized for maximum ROI.
✅ Monitor KPI performance across departments and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Growth
✅ Supervise department heads and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
✅ Hire and develop high-performance team members to support growth objectives.
✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Business Strategy & Industry Positioning
✅ Monitor market trends, competition, and industry changes to capitalize on new opportunities.
✅ Identify and implement business development strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate investing, operations management, or senior leadership.
Proven ability to scale real estate acquisitions & dispositions efficiently.
Strong expertise in business development, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Experience managing and holding sales, marketing, and acquisitions teams accountable.
Deep understanding of KPI tracking, CRM tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and drive performance.
Familiarity with real estate investing tools (Podio, Salesforce, InvestorFuse, REsimpli, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
