Real Estate Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Los Gatos, CA at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty

Marketing involves using multiple industry and proprietary platforms, so a quick learner with extensive experience is needed. We are Seeking an individual, preferably with Real Estate experience, for a full-time Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator position in our Los Gatos office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting agents with marketing coordination of their property listings, and overseeing the administration of a busy office.

Must be professional, dependable, tech savvy and detail oriented. Marketing involves using multiple industry and proprietary platforms, so a quick learner with extensive experience in computer platforms is necessary. Training on platforms will be provided.

Marketing and Listing Coordination

Work with agents to provide assistance with uploading information about their listings on company and third-party platforms.
Upload photos and provide quality control, review, and proof listing descriptions and details.
Navigate multiple platforms to create email, brochures, flyers, and social media campaigns using templates.
Assist agents with questions and training on the company-provided platforms
Enter listing information and Open Houses into the database, and search for previous sales
Work closely with marketing and stay up to date with new marketing tools, trainings, events, and programs
Enter listing and or closing information into the accounting or file management system

Front Desk Office Administration

Open and close office, ensuring that office is secure at the end of the day
Answer incoming phones, maintain paper in copiers
Ensure that the office is properly maintained and cleaned. We maintain separate janitorial services
Order office and coffee supplies
Assist new agents, showing them the office space and providing general information
Completing any additional administrative tasks assigned
Attend scheduled meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
