Has experience in sales and marketing, with the capabilities to set goal and achieve all outcomes set forth. This person is a great communicator, has a keen sense of detail, a creative mind, and a loving personality. Has experience managing others, working with small businesses and has experience working with children.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative assistant/Office Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales and operations process, managing key accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, a background in sales, account management, early education or operations management and the ability to use various technology systems and programs.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, (parents, students and schools)
– Provide guidance and support to the tutors on team
– Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
– Train and onboard new team members
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
– Ensure exceptional customer service while managing the day to day operations and the sales process

Skills:
– Proven experience in sales, account management, operations management or a related field
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Proficiency in CRM software
– Excellent analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
– Knowledge of outside sales techniques and strategies, education system, teaching strategies for teachers, and operations management
– Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, and the ability to work with children when needed
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that this position will be commission pay starting off. This position will also require you to work closely with the owner of the business.
