About the Role:
A Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets while also providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations.
Customer Service:
Answering questions about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Offering detailed product information and highlighting benefits.
Helping customers choose the right products or services for their needs.
Establishing rapport and trust with potential customers.
Resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
Offering assistance with product usage or troubleshooting.
Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions by following up.
Creating a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Tracking Reports:
Tracking and reporting on sales performance and account activity.
Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Preparing and presenting reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
Bonus opportunities
