Our company is looking for aRealtor Relations Marketing Coordinatortojoin our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships within the realtor community, organizing engaging events, and supporting our sales staff in their marketing efforts. Requirements
New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented sales professional tojoin our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or community relations role, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to network and build relationships.
Experience in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A self-motivated team player with apositive attitudeand a passion forcommunity engagement.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain vibrant connections with realtor partners.
Use marketing initiatives like social media to growbrand awarenesswith the local Realtor community.
