Objective:
The position of A Corporate recruiting Sales & marketing Coordinator is crucial in effectively producing the image of the company. This is responsible for the expansion and growth of our company in Recruiting & Marketing support. It is important to understand recruiting operation and the market of our company and properly design and implement Sales & marketing strategies for this company. This is to include recruiting administration and social media marketing for all areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
Staffing Sales & Recruiting Support
Generate potential clients lists for our account managing team.
Provide high-level customer service via phone, e-mail and social media communication – Scheduling Recruitment needs meeting and communications.
Research potential clients and pass the info to sales team
Recruiting internal positions
Handle projects upon clients request
Involve in/out side sales events such as preparing meeting and joining the meeting with clients
Recruiting candidates acquired from job postings on resume resources.
Updating open positions and candidates status to all recruiters and management daily.
Managing & Updating Corporate ATS datum in P&J Information Management System
Analyze current market trends and develop proper marketing for company.
Fully create and distribute marketing materials in all forms while utilizing designated budget.
Understand the competition and what is required to stay on top of competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business and 1-2 years’ equivalent work experience preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
Bilingual in English & Korean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
