About the Role:
Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for key positions within Sales, Marketing, and Sales Support. You’ll be part of a high-energy, fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to make an impact in a rewarding industry. Based in Branson, Missouri, you’ll help build a high-performing team aligned with our company’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Talent: Proactively identify and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing needs and streamline the recruitment process.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior recruiting experience is preferred but not required; experience in the timeshare industry is a plus.
Relocation Flexibility: Open to relocation as opportunities arise in the future.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
