Building and managing an engaged network of relevant candidates within ecommerce Providing thought
leadership
to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results Managing complex negotiations Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets Positively promote the 3
Search brand in the market on video, over the phone and in person at events What are we looking for? Someone with a demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team targets You’ll be able to work at pace to turn around urgent mandates You have successfully worked in a 180 or 360 position You’ll be highly motivated by producing great quality work Excellent
communication skills
and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
