Highlights of your role

Create stories and messaging for recruitment marketing campaigns that amplify the Marvin employer brand.

Manage multiple projects inception to completion, including planning, coordinating, and executing various projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

Lead the charge on content that amplifies the employee voice – shooting, writing, editing videos, interviewing, writing testimonials and more.

Demonstrate your expertise on how to optimize evolving recruitment marketing platforms and tactics.

Help establish KPIs to measure marketing campaign performance while regularly monitoring and identifying areas for optimization.

Compensation

$66,000 to $89,000 annually

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience preferred.

2+ years of marketing, communication, or multi-media related experience.
