We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will fill Customer Experience roles across all our Business Verticals and support our Recruiting team while also contributing to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some recruiting experience who is eager to grow their skills and explore creative ways to enhance our employer brand. This role reports to the Director of Talent.
Responsibilities
Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job openings on job boards, social media, and our careers page. Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and employee referrals.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage interview schedules and serve as the main contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Onboarding Support: Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment documentation.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Recruiting, HR, and Marketing teams to identify and execute Employer Branding opportunities.
Administrative Support: Maintain Applicant Tracking System, manage employee referral program, and run reports as requested.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the HR team on employee engagement projects, social events and DEI initiatives.
Required Skills
2+ years proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, within HR or recruiting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ClearCompany.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
Salary
The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
