The Position
General Manager Central Asia and Caucasus – B2C markets
The Company
For an international FMCG producers with iconic brands and an established business in the region we are currently looking for a Regional Director who will cover the markets of Central Asia and Caucasus.
The Position
As the company is already present in most of the markets either through its own operations or through local distribution partners, your job will be very diverse in dealing with distributors, retailers and traditional trade.
The main tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
Building the team and developing existing staff for key roles within the business
Hiring
Key Account Management and together with the Sales Team to understand the areas for growth and exploiting those
Assortment and Category Management
Budgeting and Planning and Strategy Development
Logistics and Supply Chain
Close cooperation with the regional office and head office
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have already worked in international B2C operations and covered the diverse markets of Central Asia and/or the Caucasus. Having managed Sales/and/of Marketing teams you have been successful in developing teams in the region and identified areas for growth and implemented them. You speak fluent Russian and English and are very outgoing person who will take the business to its next generation.
