Role Description
The Director of Marketing and Leasing will be responsible for driving leasing and occupancy goals within their assigned region. This role will oversee market planning, marketing management, and market research, as well as lead a team of National Leasing Specialists to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and leasing strategies. The Director will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, provideleadershipand mentorship to leasing teams, and collaborate with local teams to analyze market trends and maximize traffic, engagement, and occupancy.
Responsibilities
Manage a group of National Leasing Specialist training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance andleadership
Create weekly training programs and refresher for continuededucationfor your team post initial training
Regularly and effectively communicate with Empower executive members to provide progress on each site you oversee
Develop weekly and monthly marketing plans to ensure sufficient traffic. This should be done in conjunction with the local teams with resources and staffing available to properly execute plans.
Develop and empower specialists to ensure daily execution of the Empower standard of leasing
Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
Qualifications
Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
Sales experience
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate leasing teams
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingabilities
Experience in property management, student housing, preferred
