Under the general supervision of the Corporate Marketing Department management, individual will be responsible for supporting regional marketing programs and agent fulfillment responsibilities for a group of real estate offices in the CT Shoreline market. Will assist and support agents with their individual marketing by establishing themselves as a reliable, personable, professional and team-oriented member of the corporate marketing team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Working knowledge of all marketing-related technology platforms to help determine strategy to communicate best practices and adoption to the agents as well as to suggest and implement improvements, trouble-shoot and resolve issues.
Create marketing plans and strategies; conduct presentations during sales meetings and assist agents to achieve their marketing objectives which may include ensuring compliance with corporate marketing protocols, demonstrating functionality of internal programs.
Actively promote and position programs to agent body for both general and in response to specific need requests. Recommend strategies to increase success rate for agents. When necessary or directed, guide agents in customization requests acting as liaison between agent and Support Center Marketing Dept.
Maintain familiarity with company social platforms, website and intranet content and updates to better guide agents to appropriate resources and programs.
Create bi-monthly reports capturing the pulse of the office, program adaptation, agent requests, troubleshooting items and any other marketing, communications and/or advertising related matter.
Assist with the initiation and production of company sales collateral materials.
Thoroughly knowledgeable of all aspects of the Luxury Collection Marketing Program to provide cross-functional and wraparound support to the Luxury Collection Marketing Manager in pursuit of the growth of the program.
Responsible for coordinating and conducting presentations to sales offices on new marketing programs and tools.
Ensure that all advertising and marketing programs are being adequately promoted in all communication mediums to the sales associates and consumers.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Understands goals as set by management and assists in meeting and achieving those goals.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
7 or more years of marketing and/or advertising experience.

Real estate, franchise or consulting experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong personal computer skills; proficiency in proficient in Microsoft Office products
Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Ability to work within tight deadline environment.

Knowledge of social media platforms, including creating content, and ability to provide technical support to agents and office staff in these areas.
Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Wage: $23.00 – $25.50 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
