Your Focus As Regional Marketing Director, you will manage a regional marketing team to successfully develop strategies for the region. You will ensure the team successfully develops strategies while ensuring best-in-class marketing. With the delivery of value and insights, creativity, and engagement you are expected to build stronger customer relationships and generate growth. You will leverage consumer insights, market data, technical knowledge and business intelligence to

lead the team

in efforts to support the financial performance of the region.

You will bring strong

communication

and influencing skills to address challenges in a fast-moving environment.

and alignment with the Regional Sales General Manager is essential, and you will be part of the regional

leadership

team to help achieve the

strategic growth

objectives of the Greater Asia region. The role will see you connect and align with other leaders in the Global Food Ingredients organization to ensure the execution of technologies, products, and value propositions are delivered effectively to the market and customers.

Demonstrating ability to become the trusted partner of multiple internal stakeholders (e.g. product management, sales,

innovation

,

communication

) will be key to gain commitment at all levels in the organization. You will be expected to turn plans into actions and to engage customers by developing and presenting insightful marketing content.

This is a Singapore based position and part of the Global Food Ingredients Marketing team. The role will report directly to the Global Director of Food Ingredients Marketing based in the U.S. This is a hybrid remote position.

How you will Lead and Contribute Build strong knowledge of our business, portfolio and regional market dynamics, bringing forward relevant insights and recommendations that impact business direction and decisions.

Build strong

team collaboration

and support to ensure team is focused on delivering according to plan.

Recruitment of new talent, performance management with constant focus on developing the team.

Lead the team

in the development of annual growth plans. Build on industry insights, business strategies and overall capabilities to define key initiatives, tactics and resources required to grow and defend IFF business Greater Asia.

Ensure the execution and roll out of the Greater Asia Growth plans, monitor and report progress to the Greater Asia

leadership
