Our client, a global leader in the fintech and payments sector, is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Executive to support key marketing initiatives. This is a 12-month, on-site engagement based in Singapore.

The independent will be embedded full-time within the client’s partner organization in the banking sector, working closely with their team.

The consultant will drive both performance and brand marketing strategies across APAC, contributing to high-impact regional campaigns. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to manage complex projects, ensure alignment with the client’s global strategy, and deliver measurable results across branding, acquisition, and customer engagement initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Act as a brand custodian, ensuring market implementations align with global brand guidelines and providing strategic and tactical support to regional markets.

• Develop and maintain playbooks, tools, and best practices for branding, marketing propositions, and content excellence.

• Lead platform marketing initiatives such as advertising, media planning, brand and product launches, and tactical campaigns, ensuring alignment with HQ strategies.

• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to formulate targeted marketing strategies and value propositions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional product teams, HQ, and local marketing teams, to drive cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

• Engage with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, optimize regional marketing budgets, and measure ROI to refine campaign strategies.

• Manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Your background

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing or brand management within financial institutions (FI), FMCG, or online marketplaces is a must; agency experience considered if coupled with proven execution excellence in the above-mentioned sectors.

• Expertise in performance marketing complemented by past experience in brand and holistic marketing.

• Strong knowledge of digital banking and the cards/payments landscape.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach, perseverance, and tenacity to manage multiple challenging projects.

• Ability to work across multicultural markets, preferably with APAC regional experience.
