Who You Are…

As Regional Marketing Leader, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager, local VP of Sales, and Branch Manager to develop and implement the strategic marketing and branding plan for your regional branch locations. This person is expected to create, employ, and support marketing, branding, and

communication

initiatives that effectively describe and promote the Company and its services.

This Position…

Some examples of the work you might do includes:

Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and lead the local marketing and branding strategy for regional branch locations.

Participates in weekly meetings with the Corporate Marketing L10 and Regional Sales L10, and has a monthly check-in with the BranchLeadershipL10.

Provides quarterly marketing updates for each region during the monthlyLeadershipL10 check-in, based on previous quarter’s wins, successes, lessons learned, and opportunities.

Partners with the BranchLeadershipTeam to develop the annual marketing plan and provide the outlook and budget for the next year.

Develops and maintains the marketing budget for each branch.

Creates customizedcommunicationand marketing strategies for the Top 10 customer accounts.

Identifies and develops local case studies, project profiles, website project updates, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and templates provided in the Company brand guidelines.

Supports the development of local branch proposal submissions.

Provides coaching and support to sales teams for value proposition creation and vp-facing presentations.
