Job Description
Drive the implementation and execution of Regional strategic marketing initiatives into the local market.
Identify potential growth opportunities for ShopeeFood through marketing initiatives and lead the execution of initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities, from conception to implementation.
Leverage on data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize outcomes across all ShopeeFood marketing initiatives.
Identify and overcome challenges through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting marketing efforts.
Coordinate and liaise between countries and various departments including but not limited to regional product and data team to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication for initiatives rollout. Engage with senior leadership to drive forward key growth initiatives within the marketing ecosystem.
Take full ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performing organization. Experience in strategic consulting would be preferred.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
Strong project management skills and highly analytical, comfortable working with data.
Strong logical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
