Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional teams to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve processes.
Oversee profit and loss management for the region, ensuring financial targets are met.
Supervise daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of business development strategies.
Demonstrated ability in profit loss management, sales, and leadership roles.
Excellent strategic planning skills with a focus on process improvement.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive results.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
